Yes. Every plan includes unlimited faculty and staff accounts at no additional cost. You only pay per student.
What counts as a "student"?
Any user account with the student role that exists in your organization during the semester. Inactive or graduated students can be archived at no cost.
Can we start with a pilot and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start with a Pilot plan for one department, then scale to School or Institution as adoption grows. Your data carries over seamlessly.
How does semester billing work?
You are billed at the start of each semester (twice per year). Annual contracts are available at the same rate for budget predictability.
What if we exceed our student limit mid-semester?
We will not cut off access. We will work with you to right-size your plan at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee or implementation cost?
No. Setup is self-service and takes minutes. We provide onboarding documentation and email support for all plans. Institution and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding assistance.
